Procuration rights and own acts

How does it work?

Use the Business Zone system to grant electronic procuration rights to your employees. Such an employee will be able to, for instance, manage a part of the budget defined in the procuration right or represent your company during business meetings and enter into agreements with new clients. While granting procuration rights, you can define their duration when they become invalid, the document is sent to the archive, where you can reactivate the procuration right. You don’t have to be in the office to grant procuration rights to your employees. You can grant it at any time from any place in the world.
