Contractors
With the Business Zone system, you can submit offer inquiries for the execution of a specific work by a contractor or subcontractor. The offer inquiry will be automatically shared with the selected suppliers, who then can offer your suitable candidates.
Requests for quotation
Launch a request for quotation and send it to the selected suppliers directly in the Business Zone system. all ongoing requests for quotation appear In a supplier-dedicated interface - the Supplier Portal - along with requirements for the suppliers’ quotations.
Supplier qualification
The supplier qualification process requires suppliers to fill out their company’s financial data and e.g. contact details, correspondence address, cooperation scope, potential cooperation areas and many more.
Forms/questionnaires
Obtain necessary documents, certificates and declarations from your suppliers. Create forms corresponding to your needs, which will aid you in your cooperation with suppliers. Share your forms in the supplier-dedicated interface of the Business Zone system.
